To improve the effectiveness of Ground Team structure within the operations department, an innovative training concept is under development. For that reason, we are searching for the Ground team within the Operations department for a Working Student for supporting a Training Concept within the Ground Team Your mission The scope of the work will be Record video, sound training sessions held by expert Edit video or training material so that it can be used for selftraining Implement video or training material in intern training website Optional tasks Analysis of training session recording and implementation of changes to existing training material or development of new presentations Analysis of training evaluation sheets and implementation of changes to training material Coordinate review of training material by experts and implement changes Structuring of training material repository Development of scorecards Support training session with attendance sheets, evaluation sheets, evaluation of duration Develop online quizzes for training sessions Develop and maintain an internal blog Your qualification Master or bachelor studies in engineering or natural sciences Good English skills Technical skills required for computer usage and video capture editing Knowledge on marketing Knowledge on event organization Previous experience in web development Good teamwork and communication skills Precise and reliable working style Your benefits Look forward to an interesting and creative job with an employer who appreciates your commitment and supports your personal and professional development.
