Worthington: Man takes cash, loses it gambling

An employee of a business in the 7100 block of High Street allegedly stole more than $2,000 from the business before gambling it away. According to Worthington police reports, the 36-year-old Columbus man took $2,442 from his employer over the night of June 23. After losing it gambling, he called his employer to let him know what he had done.
