Wyman Roberts, Douglas Waggoner Elected Directors of SP Plus Corporation

SP Plus Corporation , a leading national provider of parking, ground transportation and related products and services to commercial, institutional and municipal clients throughout North America, today announced that its shareholders have elected Wyman T. Roberts and Douglas R. Waggoner to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Roberts, 55, currently is president and chief executive officer, and a director, of Brinker International, Inc., a public company that operates the Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant chains.
