Developed for automatic 3D in-line X-ray analysis, Model X7056 enables any view of inspection object to be realized. System combines flat panel detector and sealed microfocus X-ray tubes, ensuring optimal depth of information and first-pass-yield as well as high contrast. System is capable of inspecting electronic assemblies populated on both sides. For Automated Optical Inspection, X7056 can be equipped with 8M, XM or XM 3D camera modules.
