Offered in case sizes from 0603-1812, Base Metal Electrode MLCCs are rated for 16–100 V and 2.2 nF to 8.2 µF. Surface mount units feature Sn/Pb plating with Flexiterm® terminations, which provide resistance to mechanical stress by allowing for board flexure. Devices are available in 3 capacitance tolerances of ±5%, ±10%, and ±20% with three ESCC lot acceptance testing levels. In addition to space applications, products are suited for high-reliability aviation and military applications.
