Based on Xilinx Virtex-7 FPGA, single-channel Onyx® Model 71730 employs 1 GHz, 12-bit ADC and 1 GHz, 16-bit DAC. Module comes with 4 GB DDR3 memory (1,600 MHz) and can receive and transmit at same sampling rate, supporting signal bandwidths up to 400 MHz. Gen 3 PCIe interface delivers peak transfer rates to 8 GBps, and optional LVDS and gigabit serial connections to Virtex-7 FPGA are available. Built-in functions are provided for data capture, synchronization, time tagging, and formatting.
