XTO Energy looking to build 800-car garage in downtown Fort Worth

The company, a unit of Irving-based Exxon Mobil Corp. is seeking proposals for a 800-car garage on a site that once was the location of the Landmark Tower on a lot bounded by Houston, Throckmorton, Sixth and Seventh streets. Currently it is a surface lost used by the 2,000 workers it has in downtown Fort Worth.
