Xerox wins approval of $565M New York Medicaid contract

Xerox Corp.'s $565 million contract to build and run New York's new Medicaid computer system won approval from state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli. In making the determination, Mr. DiNapoli denied protests from competing bidder Hewlett-Packard Co.
