More details will be announced soon, Barra said. In recent months, Xiaomi has started selling phones in Hong Kong and Taiwan, setting up dedicated websites to sell smartphones in both markets outside mainland China. Meanwhile, Xiaomi found Xei Jun confirmed in a Weibo post the company's target to double handset sales this year, to at least 40 million units. Last year, it sold 18.7 million phones, and handset sales in 2013 more than doubled to CNY 31.6 billion (USD 5.22 billion).
