(Telecompaper) Xiaomi has unveiled its new Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite smartphones at an event in Madrid (Spain), confirming earlier reports. The two handsets run on Google's Android One OS and feature type-C USB charging. The 5.99-inch A2 is a variant of the Mi 6X launched in China earlier this year and comes with a Snapdragon 660 processor, a 12MP plus 20MP rear dual camera, 20MP front camera and a 3,010mAh battery. The 4GB+32GB model is available for EUR 249 in Spain, rising to EUR 279 for the 4GB+64GB variant and EUR 349 for the 6GB+128GB combination.
