Zeon Solutions president and CEO Rupesh Agrawal will join Perficient in a key leadership role, following Zeon's acquisition by the St. Louis IT services company. Milwaukee's Zeon Solutions Inc. is en route to acquisition, bought by a St. Louis-based IT services provider in a cash and stock deal worth $35.7 million.
