a J2 completes eight acquisitions

Internet services provider j2 Global Inc. said it has closed eight acquisitions in December, one for its media division and seven for its cloud services division. The Los Angeles-based company didn't provide financial terms of the deals, but said the financial impact to j2 is not expected to be material.
