While most dairy companies scramble to tap into fast-growing Asian markets, The a2 Milk Company's Geoff Babidge is targeting developed markets where consumers are turning their backs on dairy. Since a2 Milk muscled its way onto Australian supermarket shelves in 2007, the Auckland-based minnow has seized 9 per cent of the Australian fresh milk grocery channel by value.
