Early reports suggest that the Evasi0n7 jailbreak, released by the Evad3rs group, works flawlessly -- but for now, we cannot recommend that you install it. There is a lot of controversy surrounding both the development and release of this first iOS 7 jailbreak, and an internal source at Evad3rs tells ExtremeTech that the jailbreak contains "Chinese malware" -- a prominent placement that reportedly netted a "high six figure" payment for the Evad3rs.
