The Confirmation : Both UTi Worldwide Inc. and Denmark's DSV A/S , confirmed Thursday that the companies had engaged in preliminary discussions, and not the advanced talks reported by Bloomberg on Wednesday. Both companies also said that there are currently no ongoing talks between the two.
