The following are the M&A deals, rumors and chatter circulating on Wall Street for Friday October 31 through Sunday November 2, 2014: The Deal : AmREIT, Inc. announced late Friday, that EDENS will acquire all outstanding shares of common stock of AmREIT for $26.55 per share in cash transaction, for a total enterprise value of approximately $763 million. The deal is expected to occur in Q1 of 2015.
