The following are the M&A deals, rumors and chatter circulating on Wall Street for Friday May 1 through Sunday May 3, 2015: The Deal : TransDigm Group Incorporated , announced Friday that it has agreed to acquire the assets of the aerospace business of Pexco LLC from of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC, for approximately $496 million in cash. The deal includes approximately $160 million of tax benefits to be realized by TransDigm over a 15 year period beginning in 2015.
