The following are the M&A deals, rumors and chatter circulating on Wall Street for Friday September 18 through Sunday September 20, 2015: The Deal : Dialog Semiconductor and Atmel Corporation announced Sunday that Dialog has agreed to acquire Atmel for approximately $4.6 billion in cash and stock, or approximately $10.42 per Atmel share based on Dialog's closing stock price as of 18 September 2015. Atmel shareholders will receive $4.65 in cash and 0.112 of a Dialog ADS for each Atmel common share.
