The following are the M&A deals, rumors and chatter circulating on Wall Street for Friday February 5 through Sunday February 7, 2016: The Deal : -IDEX CORPORATION announced Friday, that it has entered agreed to acquire Akron Brass Holding Corp., manufacturer of life-safety products for the safety and emergency response markets, for $224.2 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in 60 days.
