To aid in disaster relief following the Memorial Day tornadoes, the PUCO granted temporary regulatory relief from the hours-of-service requirements for drivers operating commercial motor vehicles transporting motor vehicle fuel within the state of Ohio. This regulatory relief expires 11:59 p.m. on June 13, 2019.
