Portable, heavy-duty, 75 KVA step-down power distribution system, constructed of square steel tubing, includes 300 A main breaker with 480 V primary panel, 75 KVA power transformer, and 200 A main breaker for secondary panel. On primary side, operators can bring power in via 4 CAM LOK input male receptacles. On secondary side, 120 V devices can be powered by four 5-20, four L5-30, and four L6-20 receptacles; 208Y devices are powered by two 60 A HBL560RS1W outlets.

Mounted on powder coated, carbon steel frame with integrated skid pockets and lifting eyelets, Model MGS-1X480.200-2X75K-2X208.200 withstands demanding conditions and heavy-duty industrial applications. On primary side, customized distribution panel has 480 V Delta line-in Russell Stoll male pin and sleeve connector which provides power to two 75 KVA transformers. Transformers step 480 V Delta down to 208 Wye to feed two female pin and sleeve connectors.

For our activities in ESTEC, we are currently looking for an Electrical Power Conditioning and Distribution Engineer. Tasks and Responsibilities The Key Person will be responsible for the following tasks The design, development and test of spacecraft power systems for onboard applications. Encompasses, definition of centralised power systems with overall power levels up to 25 kilowatts, their interfaces, with respect to solar arrays and batteries, the attendant power distributionprotection equipments and pyrotechnic activation functions. Detailed tasks include the overall system design necessary for the development of faulttolerant power control and distribution concepts, the detailed design of the power regulators and the identificationuse of tools and methods for ensuring dependable design and verification. The development of simulation blocks for system analysis batteries, solar cells arrays, power control and distribution units, useful for the independent evaluation of critical power and energy budgets. Support to laboratory activities concerning design and development or verification of circuits for power management and distribution solar array and battery conversion electronics, power distribution and protection electronics, power conversion for generic and specific purposes, including redundancy and protections Involvement in critical RD activities support, by simulation, worstcase analysis and laboratory testing of the overall system or of the most critical subunits Assisting to the development and validation of worstcase simulation blocks for electrical equipment analysis converters, shunt regulators, current limiters, protections, critical telemetry or telecommand functions for the independent check of the most critical equipment functionality and performances, in support to all programmes reviews where the power conditioning section is involved. The development and verification of high voltage design technologies and associated power converters, suitable for application as Electronic Power Conditioners, EPCs, for specialized spacecraft payloads such as Travelling Wave Tube Assemblies, TWTAs, and Electric Propulsion Concepts. Requirements Applicants shall bring an Engineering PhD or Masters in in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Physics, at least 4 years of working experience and the following good electrical power processing background, together with a good experience of digital and analogue electronics and control theory specific experience in the domain of power conditioning electronics together, with hands on knowledge of the circuit design of such systems good experience in the development of computer models, especially with SPICEbased simulators knowledge and experience on High Voltage power conditioning for space application constitute an asset. With Model MGS-45K-3X240.30A-240.50A-5X120, users can convert 480 V 3-phase to 120 and 240 V 3-phase to operate tools and equipment. On primary side, 60 A fused 480 V disconnect provides protection for 45 KVA transformer.
