2014-10-24 16:05:16| TechNewsWorld
Google on Wednesday introduced Inbox, a free mobile app that aims to separate the email wheat from the chaff. It's currently available to Android and iPhone users on an invitation-only basis. The software is aimed at managing email on small screens, although once set up and running on a phone, it can be accessed through Google's Chrome browser on a desktop.
Earths magnetic field could flip within our lifetime but dont worry, we should be OK

This summer, the European Space Agency published data that suggested that the Earth's magnetic field could flip -- as in, the magnetic north pole becomes the magnetic south pole -- in 'a few thousand years.' At the time, I figured there was no rush to write it up -- after all, we might not even be living on Earth in a few thousand years. Now, however, new research published this week shows that the magnetic field might flip within our lifetime -- so it's probably something that we ought to talk about.

There Has Been A Massive Rout In Oil Drillers And We Might Be Nowhere Near The Bottom On Wednesday, crude fell below $81 a barrel, its lowest level since 2012 and more than 20% lower than it was this past summer when it was trading above $105. There are numerous possible reasons for and repercussions from this decline, but one sector of the market has really been taking it on the chin as crude has tumbled: oil drillers.
Global Warming: Plants Absorbing More CO2 Than We Thought
2014-10-14 20:06:00| Climate Ark Climate Change & Global Warming Newsfeed
Nature World: Global warming may be slightly less devastating to the Earth than feared, as new research has found that plants can absorb more carbon dioxide than we previously thought. Climate models have grossly underestimated the power of our plants because they failed to take into account that when carbon dioxide (CO2) builds up in the atmosphere, plants actually thrive, become larger, and are able to soak up more CO2. As part of photosynthesis - a natural cycle that helps plants convert sunlight into energy...
