Combining revenue metering functionality with advanced data logging, communication, and I/O, Shark® 200 can use email to alert end user when alarm condition occurs, including over/under voltage, high demand, and breakers' operations. Using SMTP protocol, meter can post energy reads on scheduled basis, and send data out to cloud-based software system for Internet of Things applications. Data can be sent to cloud server that meters power usage, apparatus status, and many other functions.
