Bloomberg: Carbon dioxide emissions in the European Unions cap-and-trade program, the worlds largest, probably fell to a record last year as warmer-than-average weather curbed demand for gas and power. The Company achieved a new record for bookings as it received over $45 million in orders during 2014, surpassing total orders received in any prior year, while also achieving a near record revenue of ~ $28 million in 2014, an increase of ~ 57% compared to ~ $18 million in 2013.

National Geographic: Scientists have measured what is likely the highest temperature ever on Antarctica: 63.5 degrees Fahrenheit (17.5 Celsius). The measurements were made last Tuesday at Argentina's Esperanza Base, on the northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula, according to the meteorological website Weather Underground.
