Model TS3300 boost regulator uses 3.5 µA supply current and operates from supply voltages from 0.6–4.5 V, delivering at least 75 mA continuous output current. Output voltage range can be user-set from 1.8–5.25 V, while no-load supply current is 3.5 µA. Producing 3 V output from 1.2 V input source, unit also has anti-crush feature to prevent input voltage from excessive drops.
