NuVista Energy signs agreement to transport, process Wapiti Montney gas production

Canada-based NuVista Energy has signed an agreement with Keyera to transport and process the Wapiti Montney condensate-rich natural gas production.

The company acquired an additional 30 gross (26.8 net) sections of Montney rights directly offsetting its existing acreage and wells.

Field-estimated sales volumes during the first two months of 2013 averaged 8,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Crew elected to exercise its option to purchase additional Montney assets from Terra at an exercise price of C $20 million cash.

At Woodrush, Dejour holds a 75% working interest in 10 sections of land and a 69% interest in one additional section.
