Fabege's long-term target for a loan-to-value ratio of a maximum of 60 per cent has now been changed to not exceed 55 per cent. To ensure that Nya SFF's framework meets stringent environmental standards, it has been reviewed by the Center for International Climate and Environmental Research , an independent research institute based at the University of Oslo.
