Product Assurance Manager EDRS Ground Segment and Operations Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Ensuring the implementation of all product assurance PA requirements Assuring all PA activities in cooperation with all other functions in the project Approving PA documents Reporting PA elements to the PA Manager of the EDRS Programme Managing the supplier interface with respect to PA aspects. En phase de production, il met jour la Spcification Technique et valide la livraison du produit au regard de cette spcification. Au sein de lquipe en charge du suivi du dveloppement et de la production du produit souscontract, vous aurez en charge lensemble des aspects techniques. A ce titre vous tablirez la Spcification technique du produit souscontract, grerez lallocation des exigences et de la performance en lien avec les exigences du systme global assurerez le lien entre design du produit et ingnierie du systme Anticiperez et suit les risques techniques lis au produit Validerez la dfinition et la qualification du produit au regard de sa spcification Pilote les activits internes ncessaires au suivi du dveloppement du produit Rsoudrez tous les problmes techniques relatifs son produit, avec le soutien des diffrents secteurs concerns. Vous tes titulaire dune formation dIngnieur ou assimil et possdez des comptences en dimensionnement de structures statique, dynamique, mtallique, composite, etc et dans ltablissement de logiques de justification dun produit complexe. Vous avez acquis au moins 5 ans dexprience un poste similaire. Une bonne matrise de Nastran, Samcef, Ideas sera attendu. Un niveau avanc dAnglais est attendu pour ce poste. Priority will be given to internal Astrium applicants. Mechanism is a combination of mechanics, kinematics, electromechanics and electronics. The Product Assurance Engineer will face this multidisciplinary challenge. Being an integral member of the project team the PA engineer will keep his full independency also reflected by being organised into an independent QA organisation. The mechanism PA engineer shall accompany the entire development and production cycle of a mechanism typically 1.5 years.
