The City of Pelham's City Council voted to extend the bill that would put a stop to certain new business from coming into the area Monday night. The moratorium that was established in 2014 will continue to stop business like the following from coming into Pelham: used car dealerships, pawn shops, tattoo parlors, title loans stores, and vaporizer shops.
