Designed to operate from 3.0–5.5 V supplies, Model XR32220 features minimum transmission rate of 250 kbps, while Models XR32430 and XR32431 have minimum transmission rates of 250 kbps/460 kbps/1 Mbps. Models XR32220 and XR32431 include low-voltage logic pin (1.65–5.5 V) that can be used to adjust transceiver’s logic output levels and input thresholds for compatibility with lower supply voltage logic. Housed in 4 x 4 mm and 5 x 5 mm QFN packages, devices are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
