Zillow rapidly recovers listings as it braces for News Corp. deal to end

Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff is leading the company's charge to build out a self-sustaining database of home listings. The Seattle online real estate company is hard at work recovering listings that would otherwise be lost when a partnership with Listhub is terminated April 7. A judge decided last week that News Corp.-owned Listhub could end its contract with Zillow-owned Trulia on April 7, more than a year before the deal was set to expire.
