Dec. 30--BART announced Monday that it had terminated an agreement with its Wi-Fi provider, but while the transit agency says it was simply ending a trial period, the company's CEO accused BART officials of illegally backing out of a long-term contract. In 2009, BART signed what was billed as an exclusive 20-year contract with Sacramento's WiFi Rail, which agreed to provide the service.
