Showers and thunderstorms have become a little better organized this morning in association with an elongated area of low pressure located more than 1000 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on Post-Tropical Cyclone Marie, located more than 1600 miles west of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms continue in association with an elongated area of low pressure located more than 1000 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Satellite derived winds indicate a trough of low pressure is located a few hundred miles south-southeast of the Gulf of Tehuantepec. This system is producing limited shower activity and upper-level winds are becoming less favorable. Therefore, development of this system is not anticipated while it moves little during the next few days. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent.
