Featuring integrated VCO with output frequency from 3.4–6.8 GHz, Model ADF4355 enables mobile network operators to optimize cellular base station performance and quality of wireless service. Frequency is connected to divide by 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, or 64 circuits, which allows designers to generate RF output frequencies as low as 54 MHz, and allows ADF4355 to cover continuous range from 54–6,800 MHz with no gaps. Device comes in 32-lead, 5 x 5 mm LFCSP package and operates from -40 to +85°C.

Analog Devices, Inc. recently introduced a phased-locked loop synthesizer with integrated voltage-controlled oscillator that allows mobile network operators to improve cellular base station performance and the quality of wireless service. The new ADF4355 PLL with VCO synthesizer operates up to 6.8-GHz, a frequency band that allows significant margin to industry's current carrier frequencies.
