Frequency synthesizer delivers typical output power of 3 dBm in to 50 Ω load while operating off single supply voltage of 5 Vdc and consuming 40 mA. Measuring 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.13 in., RoHS-compliant device operates from -40 to 70°C with PLL spurious and 2nd harmonic suppression of -70 and -15 dBc, respectively.
