2013-06-03 22:56:28| AutomotiveDigest.com - Automotive Industry News
Vehicle connectivity systems are starting to play a key role in automotive service and parts but the big question will be: Who wins? Blumer described how an embedded vehicle diagnostics system sends data packets back to the OEMs CRM system. CRM system analyzes data sending consumers directly to OEM dealers. Key is to partner with the consumer, according to Blumer encourages aftermarket to provide alternative, attractive options to OEM systems.
