A Pepsi bottler was forced to evacuate around 40 staff from its bottling plant in Mesquite early on Wednesday morning due to a minor ammonia leak. The plant is part of the Pepsi Bottling Group, and local press reported that a leak was detected by electronic sensors on site, which prompted the evacuation.
