The Metropolitan Transportation Authority will be hosting the second of three public workshops in Pleasant Plains to field rider concerns and suggestions for the Staten Island Comprehensive Bus Study -- the authority's unprecedentedly vast approach at adjusting Staten Island bus routes to address the borough's growth during the past 40 years.
