Business Development Engineer in GMV Poland Currently we are seeking to employ a person to work as Business Development Engineer for Space in GMV Poland. Under the direction of the Business Development Director, the candidate will support the development of GMV Space business in Poland. The person in this position will be able to do most of these functions in an immediate future Support to the Country Manager on the GMV representation in front of Polish Space organizations in coordination. Support to the identification and investigation of business opportunities. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with potential customers, advisors, influencers, partners, distributors and suppliers. Support and coordinate Space Projects developed in Poland as required. Act as Project Manager or Proposal Manager. Support the elaboration of proposals, contracts negotiation and closure of contractual relationships. Collaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude fostering teamwork internally and externally. Contribute to the development and refinement of Companys vision and strategy. Support the overall process of management and corporate decisionmaking to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and longterm profitability and shareholder returns. Support the development of GMVs Space business in Poland. Requirements At least 23 years of relevant experience. Solid academic background in one of the following areas M.Sc. in Computer Science Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer or Similar.. Strong organizational skills. Availability to travel. Valuable Technical background in space segment Technical background in ground systems disciplines Proficiency in English and Polish language Skills Passionate, focused and determined to succeed professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proactivityinitiative. Leadership and maturity. Application of the departments standard processes and tools for validation of OnBoard Software Modification and configuration of development environment, test tools and application software Planification, execution and documentation of test cases and procedures for integration and validation of new onboard software versions Analysis of test results regarding deviations compared to requirements Debugging and tracing of software errors Modification of software for error correction Configuration management of software code and documentation according to project standards Preparation of development and test documentation according to ECSS standards Reporting and continuous communication of technical status to team management Degree in information technology, electrical engineering or similar More than 3 years of practical experience in embedded software development, integration and testing, preferred in space industry Excellent knowledge of realtime software development and test environments Experience with methods and tools for software development and validation Good knowledge of programming and test script languages, i.e. C, Java RTEMS Cygwin Linux operating systems Word Framemaker Doors documentation tools Clearquest Clearcase config management tools Expertise in satellite functions e.g. AOCS, DHS, FDIR would be an asset Practical expertise in satellite AIT Assembly Integration Test would be an asset German and English fluent negotiation level TO APPLY click here
