The number of used vehicles that entered its member auctions increased 3.6% to 15.7 million units, and the number of units sold increased by 6.2%, according to the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA). According to Constantin Stroe, President of the Romanian Association of Auto Manufacturers , the Romanian auto market had a value of EUR 18 bln in 2014. At a special conference organized by 'ZF' daily, Stroe pointed out that this value was 7 per cent higher year-on-year.

Precision Drilling Corp. says North American demand for land drilling services in the first months of 2015 failed to meet "even the most pessimistic forecasts" as its customers looked for ways to reduce spending. Precision Drilling chief executive Kevin Neveu says industry activity in Canada during this year's spring breakup is 53 per cent below 2014 levels and in the United States activity is less than half the peak activity in November.
