(Telecompaper) Advanced Info Service plans to sign a partnership agreement with Thai state-owned operator TOT soon to jointly provide 3G services. The joint service would use TOT's 2.1 GHz spectrum. AIS also hopes to reach a partnership deal to provide the service on TOT's 2.3GHz band, The Nation reports, citing AIS chief executive officer Somchai Lertsutiwong.
