Enbridge Energy will move ahead with its Sandpiper Pipeline thanks to approval Friday from the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission . The PUC issued a unanimous decision citing a need for this pipeline to transport crude from the Bakken Oil Fields of North Dakota.
