(Telecompaper) Tunisie Telecom has made an offer for Go worth EUR 2.87 per share in cash. Shareholders at the Malta operator will have an acceptance period running from 24 June to 22 July. The news follows the announcement in May that Go was selected as the preferred bidder to take over the company. Batelco was the other known company that offered to buy Go.
