The Waltham-based developer of blood-testing analyzers recently paid $1.6 million to acquire 165 Lexington Road, a long-vacant 80,000-square-foot office and flex building. Reno Nolli, director of treasury and tax at Nova Biomedical, said the building is just around the corner from the company's other Billerica site, at 39 Manning Road.
