FONTANA >> LG Electronics USA, which manufactures television sets and other electronics, has signed a lease to move to a new distribution center off the 210 Freeway and Sierra Avenue. The property, called the Sierra Pacific Center, is owned by Pacific Industrial, a Long Beach-based investment firm that focuses on the development and acquisition of industrial real estate.
