The first of three buildings with a combined 120 apartments will begin construction in early May at a parking lot site near Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee's Walker's Point neighborhood. The Walker's Point project will bring three, five-story buildings to replace the parking lot between South First and Second streets, north of West Washington Avenue.

Scott Walker's plan to strip the state Natural Resources Board and the state Agriculture Board of their policy-making powers.
