Position Reference 798 Concurrent design is a method to accelerate complex engineering projects in a series of workshops where the client, experts from various domains and system engineers work together to develop an integral consistent design based on shared understanding and rigorous design decisions. Besides the method the approach requires a Concurrent Design Facility, a combination of hard and software to support collaborative engineering. RHEA group has over 15 years of experience with the development and implementation of concurrent design in different engineering disciplines. With the concurrent design method we do not only support our customers in engineering studies projects, we also partner with organizations in a transition process to transfer concurrent design as a work practice. Through a hands on approach of support, coaching and training we anchor the method in the organization. The method improves the rigor and relevance of the study, accelerates the process, improves shared understanding and is more fun for the participants. If you want to help us to support these complex engineering studies as a Team Lead we need you to have skills in facilitating moderating sessions. We need you to be able to ask critical questions in a technical discussion, but also to manage and mediate a difficult dialogue among stakeholders. We need you to speak the language of the engineers and at the same time possess a substantial amount of soft skills. We need you to guide the process and balance the rigor and relevance in the study. As a facilitatormoderator you guard the quality of the content, the progress in the process and the dynamics in the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior RF Engineer to join the team at Rocket Lab as the Lead RF Engineer and RF Team Manager and work on the most exciting engineering project currently being undertaken in New Zealand. As Lead RF Engineer you will work closely with both the Operations, Avionics, Software and Launch teams and you will be play an important role in the selection, design, integration and licencing of radio frequency communication systems both onvehicle and onground. You will lead a team of RF engineers with responsibilities across the company.
