Job Description We are looking for a G2G System Accreditation Engineer on behalf of the European Space Agency ESA for their location in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, to join their Systems Security Engineering Section. Under the supervision of the ESA Security Office, provide support to the Agency projects and programs in the area of security, including System security analysis and design, System security requirements definition and implementation, Security technology, Project Risk analysis, Vulnerability and threat assessment, Accreditation and certification aspects. Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe and not by ESA. Position Reference 883 We are currently looking for a Quality Management Engineer to work at our clients premises, one of the main Space Institutions in the city of Darmstadt Germany. This temporary mission could be extended, as part of a future QA service, representing an extension of 3 extra years. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contribute to the implementation of Internal Quality Audit Programmes and ISMS Audit Programmes. Perform Internal Quality Audits, as Lead or Support Auditor, acc. ISO 9001 andor ISO 27001, following internal working practices IQA COWP and external standards ISO 190112018. Monitor the suitability and implementation of EMS documentation and propose changes as considered needed. Implement necessary changes to the EMS documentation maintaining DCN activities e.g. support the initiator, analysis of changes, recording of changes. Propose new or updates to existing QM related documentation e.g., working practices, guides, etc., as considered needed Contribute to the implementing changes related to EMS compliance towards ISO 90012015 and to further streamlining of the EMS. Monitor the development of international standards and assess their relevance to the EUMETSAT Management System. Monitor and contribute to the Risk process by means of reports on the implementation of the Risk Management process as defined in the applicable Cross Organisational Working Practice and support of identification of opportunities for improvement related to the Risk Management. Gather relevant Lessons Learnt as requested by the Technical Officer. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree in a technical discipline and vocational training in quality management. Knowledge and experience at least 3 years in Quality Management Systems definition, development, management and documentation and certification and ISO 9000 series of standards, including knowledge of ISO 90012015 standard. Professional work experience at least 2 years in a position related to quality management, in large and complex organisations where business processes analysis and modelling were implemented. Very good personal communication skills oral and written. Very good skills in using IT proficient knowledge of use of MS Office, HTML, experience in the use of tools for electronic documentation. Very good attitude to team working. Experience with or significant knowledge of some of the following ISO 90012015 internal quality auditor or secondparty auditor according to ISO 190112018 ISO 270012013 implementer or internal auditor Experience in business process management and sound handson experience with process modelling tools e.g. Symbio.
