(Telecompaper) Iliad's subsidiary Free has introduced its latest Freebox model (version 8), available with a new triple-play bundle priced EUR 39.99/month after the 12-month promotional offer (EUR 29.99/month). Named Freebox Pop, the 4K set-top-box (STB) runs on AndroidTV, supporting Google Assistant and Chromecast, and is compatible with Dolby Atmos. Round-shaped like the STB, the associated router features a MU-MIMO Wi-Fi chipset (Wi-Fi 5 standard), and comes with a separate booster for extended indoor coverage, which relies on multi-AP mesh Wi-Fi networking.
Freebox Delta customer base reaches 100,000 subscribers since December launch

The Freebox Delta 'S' has a monthly subscription of EUR 39.99, matching the standard price of the Freebox One triple-play bundle. Lacking any TV content, the new package is positioned as a stripped-down version of the top-tier Freebox Delta, which is currently advertised with a subscription of EUR 49.99/month excluding the compulsory equipment cost (EUR 10/month over 48 months).

(Telecompaper) French operator Free has unveiled two new Freebox versions, each available with new broadband plans that include Netflix Essentiel within the monthly subscription. The premium model, named Freebox Delta, will be available for purchase as part of a triple-play bundle priced EUR 49.99/month, while the cheaper version, Freebox One, will cost EUR 39.99/month, with no minimum contract for both subscriptions. Free's other three bundles (Revolution, Mini 4K, and Crystal) remain available for new and existing customers.
