Votre mission au CNES Le CNES recherche son Responsable dveloppement applications pour le Systme dInformation dEntreprise Numrique dont lobjectif principal est la gestion des outils de support pour le fonctionnement du CNES GED, Gestion de faits techniques et de modifications, GMAO, sites et structures dhbergement Web Au sein de la coreteam Intgration Application dEntreprise et dans un contexte de modernisation des outils et des pratiques, le principal enjeu est de conjuguer le maintien en conditions oprationnelles des outils actuels tout en travaillant sur leur remplacement ou lintgration de nouveaux outils en se basant sur des technologies et des mthodes de dveloppement plus innovantes conteneurisation, cloud, agilit, DevOps. Vous organiserez les projets et les activits avec vos diffrentes interfaces Directions mtiers, industriels en charge des dveloppements et autres collaborateurs du Systme dInformation et vous interviendrez sur les sujets suivants Assurer la prise en exploitation de nouveaux services Prendre en charge les volutions sur des services actuels pilotage de lindustriel Analyser et instruire les nouveaux besoins des directions mtiers Effectuer le suivi oprationnel et contractuel des industriels de maintenance des applications Amliorer la connaissance et la cartographie du SI. Acteur clef du SI Entreprise, vous serez impliqu dans la construction du futur en proposant par exemple des stratgies de remplacement des outils obsoltes. Vous participerez des chantiers transverses et majeurs pour le SI du CNES transformation numrique, la prparation des contrats avec les industriels Profil de candidat recherch Dynamique, autonome et faisant preuve dun esprit dinitiative, vous tes en capacit de mobiliser des comptences au sein et en dehors de votre coreteam de manire Agile. Dot de qualits danalyses, de synthse et de communication, vous possdez galement le sens de lcoute et du dialogue. Diplm dune cole dingnieur ou dune formation universitaire en informatique bac5, vous avez une exprience 5 ans dans le pilotage dactivits de dveloppement et dexploitation. Une exprience riche sur un large panel de systmes dexploitation et de technologies est un plus. Des comptences sur GITLAB, JIRA, JENKINS, DOCKER sont ncessaires pour ce poste pourvoir trs rapidement. We are looking for a Mission Control Applications Maintenance Engineer mfd to work at EUMETSAT in Darmstadt, Germany. YOUR TASKS Within EUMETSAT the MCAT Mission Control Applications and Tools Team is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of all Satellite and Ground Segment MC applications and tools including MC kernel, MC archive, Flight Dynamics, Mission Planning functions and the MCrelated tools. The tasks of the candidate will be mainly related to software maintenance activities including analysis and fixing of problems, engineering changes, including software requirments specifications and design and technical support of operational users. EngineeringEvolution Tasks Within the scope of engineering of noncorrective maintenance, the following tasks will be performed Participation in detailed design and feasibility analysis for the migration of legacy systems to new platform including analysis of existing system requirements, interface and design documentation. Documentation of the impact on other systems, users and maintenance, including the production of system verification test plans. Generation andor analysis of userdriven and maintenancedriven software requirements, generation of the corresponding engineering change proposals, software design of the technical solutions, following the procurement of the changes with external contractors and verification testing of the changes RoutineCorrective Maintenance Tasks Within the scope of corrective and routine maintenance, the following tasks will be performed Perform corrective maintenance interventions, involving investigations and troubleshooting of raised anomalies AR, testing of software correction and formal verification of application enhancements ECP Update and maintain a set of standard documents with each software delivery reflecting changes and improvements made if any with particular attention to the verification test plan, architectural design, interface control documents, user guides and any other identifiedaffected relevant document Takeover responsibility for routine delivery verification, in particular for coordinating the production of the release note, verification procedures, verification test report and, in overall, support conduction and execution of verification tests Review, update and maintain Operational baseline documentation covered by the maintenance activity Execution and coordination of software verification and nonregression testing campaigns. Overall consultancy for the Operational endusers of the maintained applications software Contribute to the preparation and provision of training material covering usage and maintenance aspects of the application software. YOUR PROFILE Essential Requirements In addition to having a university degree or equivalent in a related discipline, the candidate shall have the following skillsexperience. Software Development, Verification Maintenance Experience Proven experience minimum 1 year in the full cycle of development and maintenance of application software, preferably for Mission Control Systems, following formal software engineering processes, including user and system requirements analysis, software requirement engineering, software design, implementation, corrective and evolutive maintenance activities Proven experience minimum 1 year in IVV integration, verification and validation activities, preferably for Mission Control Systems, following formal engineering processes including requirement verification, system and subsystem integration, generation of test plan, nonregression testing, generation of test data, generation of test tools, running the test procedures on the target system, generation of test reports and anomaly tracking. Software Technology Experience Demonstrated experience in designing and developing software applications using C and Java programming languages for Linux andor Windows Operating Systems Generic scripting experience e.g. cshtcshbashperl. Desirable Requirements Domain Experience Experience in the definition of software requirements, architectural design, implementation, integration and maintenance of space systems Knowledge and understanding of spacerelated standards ECSS and CCSDS concerning spacetoground interfaces and applicable to Satellite Mission Control Systems. Software Technology Experience Experience in using IBM Rational DOORS as system and software requirement and management tool Experience in the usage of software CASE design tools e.g. Enterprise Architect andor MagicDraw Experience with Unified Modelling Language UML in software design.
